We offer lessons for ages 3 and above! If you are wanting to push your flexibility and energy levels through the roof, then Taekwondo may be for you. If you want the peace of mind that comes from knowing that you can protect yourself and your family members against attackers who wield Guns, Knives, chains and Bats, then Hapkido: Real Self Defense may be for you.
